EVENTS RESERVATIONS:

  • All rates and packages are subject to change, please confirm with reservations at time of booking.

    In order to confirm a reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total coast. The payment can either be made in the form of a bank transfer or credit card payment. Final payment of 100% is required 30 days prior to the event. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will need to be 100% fully paid via bank transfers or credit card payments.

EVENTS CANCELLATIONS:

Lily’s Garden is a small exclusive venue and cancellations affect us greatly. Due to our intimate size, the following charges will apply if the booking is cancelled:

  • Within 30 days of the event, then 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged.

  • Within 7 days of the event, then 100% of the total cost of the booking will be charged.

GARDEN TOUR CANCELLATIONS:

All garden tour tickets are non-fundable. In the event of cancellation, 100% of the cost of the tickert

CHILDREN POLICY:

To protect our extensive collectoins of art, antiques and fine craftworks, we regret we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 years old.

Celebrate your special day in our enchanting garden venue, perfect for wedding ceremonies. While we don't provide formal banquet services, we’re delighted to assist you in creating a charming and relaxed setting with delightful finger foods and refreshing cocktails for your celebration.
